It should come as no surprise that the
NY Times has a column titled: Cause For Alarm, one day after we celebrated our Independence Day. Typical. They, the marxist left, can not have you feeling good about America. They can not have you embrace the positive forward looking, can do nature of this great land and her people; that would spoil their plans!
This year’s presidential election is the perfect opportunity to place the truth before the American public in the form of a realistic examination of the state of the nation, and an honest consideration of creative ideas for moving forward. Instead, we’re getting hour after hour and day after day of trivia: Who’s up? Who’s down? Who’s patriotic? Who’s not?
He concludes the article by saying that we should 'roll up our sleeves' ..aha, remind you of anyone we know?
As I watched the many firework displays from Washington DC to Boston I also had a cause for alarm but not in the same sense as the writer. His name is Obama, his agenda is global and his intent is to change the foundations of this nation.
The NY Times can dumb down patriotism. They tried to do this in the late 80’s and 90’s; telling us that if we waved our flag or dared loved this nation we were ’stupid’, undeducated road kill eating Bible thumping barefoot fools. It had an effect then..and it has made us determined now more than ever that we will never let them define this nation. If they removed themselves from their ivory towers and understood real America, then maybe they too would understand that they are our Cause of Alarm.
Wave on my friends..America is not the problem, their intent is our very cause for alarm.
